Rules & Regulations
1. Eligibility - Students studying in 10th / Intermediate / Degree / B.Tech (or as specified by the insti
tute). Must submit valid ID proof (school/college ID or Aadhar). Only one application per student.
2. Registration - Application form must be filled with accurate details. false information will lead to
cancellation. Registration fee (if any) is non-refundable.
3. Exam Guidelines - Students must report 30 minutes before the exam time. Registration is mandatory
to write exam Calculators, mobile phones, smart watches, or electronic gadgets are not allowed.
Question paper will be in MCQ / Objective type (as decided by institute). No extra time will be given for
latecomers.
4. Conduct & Discipline - Students must maintain silence and discipline. Any form of malpractice (copy
ing, talking, using gadgets) will lead to instant disqualification. Instructions from invigilators must be
followed strictly.
5. Evaluation & Results - Results will be declared on the official website or notice board. Evaluation
process is final; no rechecking or revaluation will be entertained. Merit list will be prepared based on
exam score.
6. Scholarship Terms - Scholarship amount/discount is applicable only for admissions within the valid
ity period. Scholarship cannot be transferred to another person or next academic year. Institute re
serves the right to verify documents before granting scholarship.
7. Important Documents - Required Application details ID Proof, Passport-size photograph, Previous
year marks memo (if required)
8. General Conditions - Institute reserves the right to change or cancel the exam schedule if needed.
Any disputes will be handled as per institute policies.
Student must inform before joining the college or any coaching center, only then we will provide the scholarship
9. Refund Policy - The exam fee is non-refundable, whether or not the candidate appears for the exam.
